If your order isn’t quite right — whether an item is missing or something else was sent by mistake — just send me an email with your order number and a quick note about the issue. I’ll make it right as fast as I can.

If your artwork arrived damaged, I’ve got you covered. Please email me with a few photos of the damage, and I’ll send out a replacement ASAP.

Mistakes happen! If you catch an error in your shipping address, contact me right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can update it no problem. If it’s already on the way, I may not be able to intercept it. If the package is returned to me, I’ll gladly resend it to the correct address. Otherwise, a new order may need to be placed at the customer’s expense.
